A little bit more about me - I am not a chef per se, however I have an interest in healthy wholefood, creating simple recipes that are tasty and satisfying.

Little steps to bring things into balance with what is available to you at the time is my motto. If is it complicated, chances are it will not be sustainable. I can vouch for this over the years.

Most people do know what to eat for themselves to have a healthy life, however don’t always achieve this for one thing or another; busy lives, family, illness, can’t be bothered, don’t know how to.

With The Rainbow Sanctuary Health and Wellbeing Retreats and One to Ones, as a former nurse I use all the skills brought forth from decades of research, studies, personal journey, courses and and training in many subjects - working with all aspects of self; Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.
